Some major new features, improvements, and bug fixes in 2.9.0 are as follows;

[New Features]

• Add a plug-in 'Snap Maps' with features as follows:
  • You can capture maps in preferable sizes allowed to be larger than your screen.
  • Instead of mailing just a link, you can mail a map with its images.
  • In addition to showing a street scene which is horizontal or vertical to a street map, you can also show it in a floating window, which will appear in the 2nd monitor and change with the map in real time if you computer is equipped with dual monitors.
  • You can search the map of a location with an IP location, a domain name, or a coordinate, for example, 64.233.183.99 or google.com.
  • Risingware Exp+ presents versatile search results, such as web, video, blog, and images, and so on.

[Improvements]

• Improve Batch File Renamer
  When file names are not successfully renamed, not only will the number be listed, but also the details.
• Improve Fast Start Genie
  A 'Configure Fast Start Bar' button has been added to the Fast Start Genie window to streamline the process of adding a new fast start and adding it to the Fast Start Bar.
• Improve Visited Folders/Webpages buttons at tab bars
  When a visited tab has a name too long to be fully displayed in the drop-down menu of one of the buttons, moving cursor onto it will display its full name with a tip without having to move the horizontal scrollbar below.
• Improve Download Manager
  In Download Manager window, you may double-click on a completed download to open the destination path where downloaded files are saved.
• Enhance the color contrast between both panels.
  Deepening the color of non-focus panel helps distinguish the panel in focus from the other.

[Bug Fixes]

• Risingware Exp+ could not properly execute a few websites running functionalities enabled by Java Script, like Google Reader. This problem is fixed.

• The logical error in checking Recipient related fields in Webpage e-mailer's setting dialogs is fixed.
• Left-clicking or right-clicking on a file, hovered by a tip to display its full name, had no response. This problem is fixed.
• A file which had been renamed in one of viewing states other than Details would not display its new name in Details viewing state unless the folder had been refreshed. This problem is fixed.
• Clicking on the checkbox of a visited folder or webpage, listed in drop-down menu of the Visited Folders or Webpages button at a tab bar and having a name too long to be fully displayed, would cause the item to shift left and click on it instead. This problem is fixed.
• Search Engines which had been disabled in Manage Search Engine window appeared in Manage Accelerators window and could be enabled or disabled without any actual effect. This problem is fixed.
• The problem of not being able to undo files deleted in Windows 7 is fixed.
• Using function 'Copy Files to Opposite Panel' (F6) occasionally caused the tab in the opposite panel to have an incorrect sorting result. This problem is fixed.
• The Web Filter Exception settings window became larger as the address of an exceptional website were too long. This problem is fixed.
• The mainmenu Item 'Copy to Opposite Panel' was not disabled while the single-panel mode is on. This problem is fixed.
